Waznie Racing Ciclo Werks BMC DeWildt Honda Szoke Prepares for Superbike During the Honda Supercycle AMA Weekend at Mid Ohio Coming off five straight Superbike wins in the Parts Canada Superbike Championship, the six time Superbike Champion Jordan Szoke rallies to challenge the field during the Honda SuperCycle AMA Weekend at Mid Ohio July 16-18 2010. The Fast Company crew pulled the Waznie Racing/Ciclo Werks BMC/DeWildt Honda CBR1000RR’s out of the trailer after rounds 4/5 on the Mosport International Raceway to carefully prepare them for the upcoming weekend. Szoke sets his sights high for the weekend, “I really love this motorcycle, it deserves a place on the podium.” Jordan will race his CBR1000RR ironically during the Honda Supercycle Sponsored weekend. As of today, the only Honda entered for the AMA Pro National Guard American Superbike Class “This year has been tough for everyone, myself included. This particular cameo is coming out of our limited budget, mostly self funded, but I really want to ride our Honda at an AMA round to see what we can do.” says Szoke. The last time Szoke competed at the Mid Ohio Sports Car Course was in 2003 in the legendary Superbike class and finished a warranted fifth place. "I really cannot wait to compete in the US again, the last time we were here I was with Scott Miller from Fast Company. It seems fitting that coming back here, we are teamed up again. We have had such great success in Canada so far I can’t thank the crew from there enough for working as hard as they do to put a perfect machine under me. We really make a great combination.” Szoke will continue to compete in the Parts Canada Superbike Championship with Rounds 6/7 taking place Aug 5-8 at Atlantic Motorsports Park.
